Cody Stevens
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
CLS Capital LLC is led by Cody Stevens — a US Army veteran, behavioral health executive, and acquisitions operator. Before launching CLS Capital, Cody served as AVP of Linux Engineering at Citibank, where he ran enterprise infrastructure for one of the world's largest financial institutions. He now serves as Co-Owner and CFO of Align Integrated Care, where he has helped launch four PHP and IOP programs and built the revenue cycle and operational systems behind them.
Cody holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Data Analysis and Project Management. A father and grandfather, he operates with the discipline of the military, the systems thinking of enterprise tech, and the urgency of an owner-operator — positioning CLS Capital at the intersection of behavioral health operations and strategic investment, where long-term value is built through clean systems, strong margins, and businesses that deliver critical care.
